Theodora Landgren
Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of A2Z Global Inc, Ms. Landgren is an industry expert
who has been a pioneer in the localization and translation industry since 1982.
Ms. Landgren also founded BTS, an international company established originally as
a translation service company for high volume technical translations serving large
multinational companies, later growing the company to include educational, publishing,
language tools development, and internet services. The company was subsequently
brought to IPO in the US market. As a foundational member of the industry, Ms. Landgren
has served as a board member for both national and international associations and
businesses. Moreover, she is an active subject matter guest speaker at many worldwide
conferences on internationalization. Ms. Landgren has lived and worked in Asia,
Europe and the United States for 28 years and has a background in computer programming
and linguistics.

Renaldo Santiago
Director of Sales
Mr. Santiago has over 19 years of experience developing and launching successful
solution sales programs and divisions for both national and international linguistic
and technology companies. Some of his accomplishments include developing product
and sales support programs for PRODIGY SERVICES COMPANY, launching an eCommerce
development center and sales initiative for VANTEON CORPORATION and managing national
sales for LANGUAGE LINE SERVICES. Mr. Santiago has a career focus on selling integrative
linguistic solutions, which help drive both CORE business initiatives as well as
expansion into new growth markets. Mr. Santiago has also working in the United Kingdom
and possesses a BBA in Marketing Management/Advertising and a MA in Educational
Communication and Technology.

David Yang
Director of Engineering
After earning a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in 1994, David Yang
worked as a Mechanical Engineer for ITW and subsequently as a programmer for the
U.S. Department of Agriculture. In 1996, Mr. Yang joined BTS and served as Sr. Localization
Engineer where he contributed to the development of a number of localization technologies.
As Production Manager for A2Z Global, he drives project management initiatives and
oversees cutting edge technological localization initiatives. Currently he manages
a team of Project Managers and Engineers distributed around the world. Mr. Yang
works closely with The Institute of Localization Professionals (Ireland) to help
increase operational efficiency, raise competitiveness and offer first-class solutions
to the client. Mr. Yang holds an MBA from Drexel University.
